GHI Dental Customer Service 1-800-947-0101 The GHI Preferred Reimbursement Schedule for Non-Participating Dentists is here.
To find a participating dentist go to
the Civil Service web site (www.cs.ny.gov).
Click on Benefit Programs, then NYSHIP Online, Other Benefits, then
Dental. You can also review benefits, check the
non-participating provider reimbursement schedule, and download a claim
form from the Civil Service site. There is also a link to the GHI
web site, which allows you to to
review claims submitted.
