New York Online Access to Health (NOAH) at www.noah-health.org is a web site with a unique collection of state, local and federal resources for consumers. NOAH's mission is to "... provide access to high quality full-text consumer health information in English and Spanish that is accurate, timely, relevant and unbiased."

The site can be searched by word, subject index or a list of health topics. For example, the subject index contains headings from acupuncture to iron deficiency anemia, and from lupus to West Nile Encephalitis.
