Empire Plan Par Radiologists

Associated Radiologists of the Finger Lakes re-joined the panel of Empire Plan participating providers effective January 10, 2002.

 This is welcome news for PEF members who live in Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben counties. During the one-year period when this physician group did not participate members had no choice but to use them and pay substantially more out-of-pocket, or drive a considerable distance to use another radiologist that did participate in the Empire Plan. Neither option was a good one.

 We are, therefore, very pleased that Associated Radiologists of the Finger Lakes is back in the Empire Plan again. Hopefully, they will remain a participating provider for many years to come.
