DETAILED PAYMENT INFORMATION

The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) has issued the payroll bulletins necessary to implement the raises and make retroactive payments required by the 2007-2011 Contract. Most of the adjustments (including base salary) will be made in checks dated July 3 (institution) or July 9 (administrative). CONTRACT UPDATE

The Governor has signed the PEF paybill. As previously announced the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) issued payment dates in anticipation of the Governor's action; July 3, 2008 (Institutional Payroll) and July 9, 2008 (Administrative Payroll). Checks will include all of the retroactive payments due from the 2007 - 2011 NYS/PEF Contract with the following exception.
   
OSC released the dates for payment of longevity awards to those who became newly eligible after the 2003-2007 contract expiration. Payments will be processed in a separate check dated July 3, 2008 for institutional employees and July 9, 2008 for administrative employees. There will be no direct deposit for this payment.
